My recent return visit to this hotel was mixed. The spa experience remains exceptional, and I enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool, but there are significant areas needing improvement. The cleanliness of my room was subpar with dirty coffee mugs, and the reception staff could use better presentation and service training. Overall, while the spa and outdoor amenities are great, the hotel feels outdated and requires modernization.
I returned to this hotel hoping for another great experience but found a mix of positives and negatives. The spa was fantastic, with excellent treatments and a serene atmosphere. However, the service left much to be desired and the hotel really shows signs of wear and outdated decor. The rooms need modernization as well, and cleanliness was a concern upon arrival, which overshadowed some of the good aspects.

While the spa services were exceptional and the outdoor pool was lovely, I noticed several areas in need of improvement. The reception staff seemed unprofessional, and cleanliness issues, like dirty windows and coffee mugs, detracted from the experience. The hotel really needs to modernize some of its aspects to meet expectations.
